SpatialAnalyzer (SA), developed by New River Kinematics, is 3D metrology software for portable measuring equipment, available in Professional and Ultimate configurations.
It connects portable instruments of any brand, model or type, and integrates data from several devices simultaneously. It includes a GD&T tolerancing module, graphical reports, colour maps, point cloud measurement and full data traceability. It supports the main CAD formats: IGES, STEP, STL, CATIA, SolidWorks, NX, Creo and Inventor.
Its simulation function lets users place instruments virtually on the CAD model and calculate uncertainties, angles and distances in advance. It also automates complex operations to make each inspection more efficient.
It is used for part inspection, machinery and tooling alignment, and complex large-volume installations with multiple instrument positions.
Metromecánica provides software sales, demonstrations on the customer’s own product, training and technical support.
