AECIM digital meeting. New trivalent chromium processes for applications in decorative chromium processes.

Due to the shift in the use of hexavalent chromium to decorative applications, ASOREME – AECIM is organizing a Digital Meeting on new processes based on Trivalent Chromium for applications in decorative chrome plating processes.

Although the technology is not new, the processes currently being developed have technically improved upon those that existed years ago.

To inform companies that use this finish, we are organizing a Digital Meeting on June 9th at 5:00 PM via video call with specialized suppliers. The following will be discussed:

The current situation regarding the replacement of Hexavalent Chromium with Trivalent Chromium.
Differences in quality and final appearance.
Differences in the controls to be performed in the bath.
Investment to be made.
