– BEARING TAPES – Compounded PTFE materials with bronze, carbon, graphite or other fillers are designed to enhance properties such as: wear resistance, coeficient of friction and compressionstrength.
– DIMPLED SHEETS AND DISCS – Dimpled sheets are the perfect solution to thermal expansion and load problems usually connected with structural elements. Generally used in the engineering and construction field.
– MACHINED PRODUCTS – A wide range of machined products are processed on CNC machines /automatic lathes. To ensure high and stable quality standards, Guarniflon® is running the electronicsystem S.P.C. (Statistical Process Control). More than 40 million pieces machined every month, delivered all over the world and for a range of applications.
– PTFE PRESSURE SENSITIVE ADHESIVE TOOLING TAPES for composite materials processing. Silicone or Acrilyc adhesives depending on application and temperature
– RELEASE FILMS and High Performance Films & Tapes (HPF). A wide range of grades including PTFE, FEP, PFA, ETFE, PVDF,THV, to match right combination of physical chemical performances in a variety of key market segments including, but not limited to composite molding for the automotive, aerospace and defense industries.
D-TEKBLUE® – Detectable PTFE.
It is a BLUE PTFE approved by the FDA/EU and detectable with an optical scanner, metal detection equipment or x-ray equipment, regardless of the type of food that has been processed.
This ensures that each fragment can be quickly identified avoiding critical food contamination.
– TEKPORE® – Porous PTFE. Used in Filter and safety technology, Automotive engineering, Opticalmetrology – Chromatography, Chemicals, semiconductor and clean room technology.
– TEKSLIDE® – HIGH PERFORMANCE FLUOROPOLYMER MATERIALS – products for the most performing applications in the mechanical and other tribological fields.
– TEKSEALING® – HIGH PERFORMANCE SEALING SOLUTIONS – Special rings for all hydraulic applications where the PTFE compounds are able to grant high wear resistance, low friction even without lubrication, perfect sealing at low, medium and high pressures.

– TEKCLEAN® is a new patented Antibacterial product developed in collaboration with the Cleanliness & Bio Resources department of Thales Alenia Space. It has been tested according ISO 22196:2007 – Plastics’Measurements of antibacterial activity on plastics surfaces’
