With activity since 1967, it has a client portfolio made up of leading organizations in their sectors of activity throughout the world. It currently has more than 3,000 references and offers a comprehensive solution at all stages of the implementation process of surface treatment and painting lines: design, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, marketing and after-sales service. It develops and implements the latest technology on the market in surface treatment and painting, with solutions adapted to the needs of its partners. We adjust to the characteristics and situations of all sectors, applying surface engineering technology. The engineering department studies each project in a particular way.
We accumulate extensive experience and have our own R+D+i laboratory, which allows us to simulate each of the designed painting installations, as well as to innovate and develop in each of the sectors in which we work.
In the design phase, the technical department ensures the results with the use of virtual technology tools. The optimization of resources is the basis for achieving the best results.
Prepared for industry 4.0: All our machines have measurement elements, which allow us to measure the parameters of the production processes, improve them and standardize the processes.
Availability of predictive maintenance, avoiding the degradation of machines by anticipating problems beyond the reactive and preventive measures known up to now.

Surface treatment

Drying and polymerizing ovens
Industrial ovens guarantee the quality of the finish after the treatment and paint application processes. They have heat recovery systems, which reduce energy consumption and contribute to economic savings. Types of furnaces depending on the processes: Moisture drying. Liquid paint curing. Gelled powder paint. Polymerized powder paint. Cross-linked after electrodeposition by cataphoresis.

Liquid penetrant installations
We design liquid penetrant lines for automated operation. The visual check is carried out in an opaque black room with the incorporation of ultraviolet lights, which show the faulty areas where, by capillarity, the developer liquid adheres.

Cataphoresis facilities
Cataphoresis is a completely automated painting process, based on cathodic electrodeposition. It offers the best quality and properties with the minimum thickness of paint. This technology achieves a uniform paint film and an extraordinary finish and corrosion protection. Only applicable to metal parts due to the need for electrical conduction. Prior to this process, the part receives a surface treatment such as degreasing, nanotechnology and washes to improve the efficiency of the KTL process. The process ends with the incorporation of a cross-linking oven, which completes the curing of the paint.

TELEMATIK
Telematik is an application developed by GEINSA for massive data capture of surface treatment and painting facilities. It is based on the principles of industry 5.0, taking a significant step towards the fundamentals of artificial intelligence and the IoT (internet of Things), so demanded in the market. Telematik allows monitoring in real time and recording the data history of GEINSA's installation lines. This gives installations added value, as it is a very useful tool for preventing failures, optimizing processes and analyzing performance. Telematik has a clear, visual and modern environment that allows easy and quick navigation through its windows, displaying all kinds of information that defines the performance of the installation in real time. From consumption values to speeds and status of the component elements, through alarms and notifications. In the first place, the IoT and control elements that make up the electrical panel of the surface treatment lines installed by GEINSA receive the operating data of the installation. These transport the information through the data collection system to the GEINSA server databases. Finally, the Telematik web application reads the information stored in the databases, thus allowing the user to view them in their computing environment. All this process takes place in real time, with an inherent lag of just 50s between capturing the real data in the installation and reading it by the user in Telematik.
