Laser Tube Cutting
We have TRUMPF TUBEMATIC machinery, which is specially intended for the totally automated machining of tubes and profiles, with enough versatility to create grooves and complex shapes in square or round section tubes. One of its main characteristics is its capacity for high quality cuts in carbon steel and stainless steel, leaving clean surfaces without oxides or burrs. The machines are equipped with automatic raw material feeders, as well as the specific tube cutter software TruTops Tube to optimise operation, reduce the manufacturing time and to adapt to the requirements of the job in hand

Laser tube cutting machines
Laser tube cutting offers you new possibilities in tube constructions that are impossible to achieve with conventional processes. The use of lasers simplifies the welding mechanism and thus reduces the amount of excess work. The TruLaser Tube allows you to cut complex contours with a laser beam without difficulty. With just one tool, i.e. the laser, you can process various material types, thicknesses and profile geometries without having to touch the material.

Laser Welding
Welding metals using different techniques is one of the additional services most valued by our clients. 3D welding Strong and clean welding; of very high quality and resistance. It does not require subsequent operations or reworking, saving valuable hours of subsequent work. Laser welding
We use 1.5 kW handheld fiber laser technology to join metal parts with maximum precision and cleanliness. This non-contact process is perfect for complex geometries and delicate materials, leaving no burrs or distortions. We are TÜV Rheinland certified under EN1090-1, EN1090-2, EN1090-3 and ISO 3834, allowing us to produce and certify CE-marked welded assemblies. A great option for small, technical or aesthetic parts requiring a flawless, durable joint.

Laserflex
The Remmert LaserFLEX robot is the fastest solution for fully automated loading and unloading of laser cutting systems. After cutting the sheet metal, the fork lifts the processed sheet metal from the laser changing table. In turn, the vacuum unit picks up the sheet metal from the connected storage system and, as soon as the loading system places the sheet metal down or places it next to the machine, the unloading system places the new sheet metal into the laser. This process takes a total of just 60 seconds, making Remmert's LaserFLEX the fastest system on the market.
