Cataphoresis facilities

Cataphoresis is a completely automated painting process, based on cathodic electrodeposition. It offers the best quality and properties with the minimum thickness of paint.

This technology achieves a uniform paint film and an extraordinary finish and corrosion protection. Only applicable to metal parts due to the need for electrical conduction.

Prior to this process, the part receives a surface treatment such as degreasing, nanotechnology and washes to improve the efficiency of the KTL process. The process ends with the incorporation of a cross-linking oven, which completes the curing of the paint.
