KSCAN-X is a wireless industrial 3D scanner developed for efficient measurement of medium, large and ultra-large parts. Its scanning area reaches 2,600 × 1,800 mm, with an extended working range from 0.30 to 2.50 m, making it suitable for components approximately 0.5 to 15 m in size. Adaptive photogrammetry helps maintain accuracy across large-scale measurements, while scanning speeds reach up to 6.45 million measurements per second. Its medium-distance mode delivers accuracy up to 0.030 mm, while the large-field mode is optimised for fast coverage of extensive surfaces. Wireless operation, onboard processing and a dual-battery system make on-site industrial inspection easier. KSCAN-X is particularly suited to large components in automotive, aerospace, rail, shipbuilding, energy, heavy industry and advanced manufacturing.
