NimbleTrack Gen2 is a fully wireless optical 3D measurement system that combines a scanner and tracker for high-precision inspection without placing markers on the part. It delivers system accuracy up to 0.025 mm, resolution up to 0.020 mm and scanning speeds of up to 6.63 million measurements per second. Adaptive photogrammetry helps maintain accuracy across different measurement scales, while the tracker offers tracking distances of up to 4.2 m. The system can operate in several configurations, including scanner + tracker, standalone scanner and tracker-based wide-area scanning, providing high flexibility for small, medium and large parts. Wireless operation, Wi-Fi 6 and a portable design make it particularly suitable for dimensional inspection, tooling, automotive, aerospace, moulds, energy, railway and heavy-industry applications.
