TrackScan Sharp is an optical 3D measurement system designed to inspect large parts, tooling and structures without placing reference targets on the measured object. It combines a portable 3D scanner with a 25 MP optical tracker, providing a tracking distance of up to 8.5 m and an industrial high-precision measurement volume of up to 135 m³. It delivers accuracy up to 0.025 mm, resolution up to 0.020 mm and measurement rates of up to 6 million measurements per second. Its 99 laser lines combine ultra-fast scanning, fine-detail capture and deep-hole measurement. Battery-powered operation, wireless data transfer and onboard edge computing make on-site measurement more flexible. It is ideal for car bodies, tooling, structures and large components in automotive, aerospace, rail, energy, shipbuilding and heavy industry.
