NimbleTrack-CR is an intelligent wireless 3D scanning system developed to capture fine details and complex geometries with metrology-grade precision. It delivers system accuracy up to 0.025 mm, scanner-only accuracy up to 0.020 mm and maximum resolution of 0.010 mm. Its multiple scanning modes combine 17 blue laser crosses for ultra-fast scanning, 7 parallel blue laser lines for hyperfine detail capture and an additional laser line for deep-hole measurement. It reaches up to 4.9 million measurements per second at 120 FPS. The i-Tracker provides a tracking distance of up to 3.2 m, while its wireless and portable design makes on-site inspection easier. It is particularly suited to small and medium-sized parts, turbine blades, curves, slots and complex surfaces, as well as dimensional inspection, reverse engineering and high-precision component verification.
