TrackScan Sharp-Z is the longest-range optical 3D measurement system in the TrackScan family, designed to inspect large parts and structures with fewer tracker repositionings. Its tracker reaches up to 12 m and automatically follows the scanner through a dynamic rotary platform, helping maintain the optimal field of view during measurement. It offers fully wireless scanning, dual hot-swappable batteries, and integrated displays on both scanner and tracker. With 162 blue laser lines, up to 200 FPS and a measurement rate of up to 10 million measurements per second, it combines speed, coverage and fine detail. It achieves accuracy up to 0.025 mm and resolution up to 0.020 mm. It is especially suited to dimensional inspection of large components in automotive, aerospace, energy, heavy industry, rail and shipbuilding, as well as automated inspection of large parts.
