Gravotech presents its LW2 workstation for laser marking

Gravotech presents its LW2 workstation for laser marking

Now available for the Spanish and international markets, this laser marking equipment's primary objective is to significantly increase the productivity of manufacturers in various sectors that require permanent, high-quality markings on any type of part to meet their identification, coding, or traceability needs.

Industrial design, optimal safety
Taking into account the Accessible Emission Limit (AEL), the LW2 laser station is classified as Class 1, meaning it is completely safe under normal operating conditions for the operator and the environment.

Its 100% industrial manufacturing and its simple, compact design make this laser station the most efficient and safe solution on the market. Thanks to its touchscreen, marking can be easily controlled, with functions that do not require a computer connection. Furthermore, its great versatility allows you to control multiple functions of the laser marking machine, such as opening and closing the door, adjusting the focal length and vertical Z-axis, activating the extractor, and selecting, launching, and managing your marking jobs.

Configurable for all production needs
The LW2 laser marking machine is available in several versions to achieve the best possible marking on most materials on the market.

These different versions correspond to various technologies with which the LW2 marking station can be configured: fiber laser, hybrid laser, and green laser.

Job processing can be unit-by-unit, batch-by-batch, or fully controlled by PLC (programmable logic controller) or cobots (collaborative robots).

It features a large marking area with a door open on three sides, allowing for the engraving of a wide variety of parts, small or large, simple or complex.
