New industrial laser marker that can be integrated into production lines

New industrial laser marker that can be integrated into production lines

Gravotech launches the Mini-inline, a highly secure, integrable laser marking solution that protects the operator and the work environment without the need for special enclosures.

At Gravotech Group, we have developed an innovative solution: the Mini Inline. This is a laser head accessory that completely isolates the laser beam from the work environment, converting a Class IV laser to a Class I laser, allowing the operator to work in a highly secure environment and avoiding costly enclosures.

This accessory adapts to the laser head using an adapter ring. It consists of a cylindrical aluminum body with air inlets to facilitate constant airflow around the lens, preventing dirt or dust from settling on the lens surface. This eliminates the need to clean the lens for at least 20,000 marking cycles.

This machine guarantees complete marking safety and is certified by the German Accident and Insurance Administration (DGUV) as a Class I laser, ensuring no risk to the eyes or skin of the operator and/or their surroundings.

Mini-inline is designed to fit perfectly into any workspace. Its small footprint makes it an ideal solution for horizontally or vertically integrated marking of industrial parts.

Gravotech has worked hard to guarantee perfect marking on industrial parts. It is already installed on more than 200 production lines. Its main objective is to ensure the marking of large plastic and metal parts.

It is very quick to install and remove, facilitating maintenance and replacement of the laser equipment.

It can mark body parts, exhaust pipes, engines, casings, fuel tanks, large curved parts, etc. In short, any product, component, or structure that requires permanent, indelible, and long-lasting marking.
